Joined S.R.Batliboi & Co, a member firm of Ernst & Young global in April 2005
He has been part of a number of statutory / tax audits / transfer pricing/concurrent audit / Internal Audit / Vat Audit / cost reduction engagements of listed / unlisted / private Companies.
He has served various industries which includes metal and mining, logistics, real estate, infrastructure, Manufacturing, professional service, aviation, media, water treatment, agrochemical etc.

Skills:-

Shankar specializes in assurance, Internal audit and management advisory services.
He has also handled IFRS conversions/Other IFRS engagements of various Companies.
He has also helped client in business process improvements and designing management information system.

Mr. Pabitra Mohan Mahapatra, Chartered Accountant

Background:-

Pabitra is CA with more than four decades of professional experience.
In addition to CA, he also holds LLB degree and he is also post graduate diploma in Software Technology.
He has illustrious career with various companies with International Repute especially in port, infra and allied sector.
He has served in many companies as CFO/CEO and won accolades and awards for professionalism and steering corporate growth.

Skills:-

Pabitra specializes in Finance function and as CFO of various companies, he has handled all aspects of corporate finance.
As CFO of ICTPL, a gammon group of Company, he managed to secure fund of around Rs 800 crores from consortium of Bankers.
He has very rich experience of financial management, finalisation of Accounts, costing & budgeting, Internal Audit, evaluation of financial proposals, office administration etc.
He has interacted with senior government functionaries including chief minister and shipping minister.

Two weeks training on EDP on Germany - 2003.

Mr. Ashwani Kr. Gupta, Chartered Accountant

Background:-

Ashwani Kr Gupta qualified as CA in 1981.
Joined reupted firms like Hilton Rubber Limited as Dy Manager- F&A, J K Industries as Chief Manager, T series as GM- Finance, Jai Corp- Steel Divison and worked as VP Indirect tax for JSW Ispat Steel Limited till 2013.
He has served various industries which includes metal and mining, pharmaceuticals, logistics, real estate, infrastructure, Manufacturing, professional service, aviation, media, water treatment, agrochemical etc.

Ashwani specializes in indiret Taxation and commands authority in the filed of excise, custom, VAT, CST and related legisltive framework. His other interest lies in Financial Controls, Accounts Finalisation, credit control, Monitoring of Budget, Cost Reduction, Product costing and its analysis.
He also handled Recovery suits at Delhi & UP Courts.
He also did Computerisation & Integration of total Commercial function at Lupin, Bhopal unit in 1992.
